Please refer to the composition, description, and attached documents of the personal bankruptcy application form to see which documents the preparation documents are attached to, whether the application form or attached document.
If the disposal was made from one year prior to the time of inability to pay to the time of application, it applies. This includes not only cases where the disposal was made within one year prior to the time of application, but also cases where the disposal was made from one year prior to the time of inability to pay.
The documents below must be submitted regardless of the name of property division or alimony.
The above preparation documents are mandatory documents. Article 1-2, Paragraph 2 of the “Regulations on the Handling of Personal Bankruptcy and Exemption Application Cases” requires the submission of the above documents. However, the above documents are not all of the documents to be submitted.
According to Paragraph 3 of the same Article of the above regulations, “If necessary, the court may require the applicant to submit additional documents.” You may need to prepare additional documents related to the above documents in advance during the application preparation stage, and if the bankruptcy administrator requests additional explanatory materials during the exemption examination process after the application, you can prepare them then.
