National Professional Qualification
Although it is not an expression in the law, in practice, it refers to national qualifications other than national technical qualifications. This includes not only qualifications administered by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, such as certified public labor attorneys, but also qualifications administered by other institutions, such as lawyers. Mainly organized by government departments (professional qualifications, consisting of lawyer, accountant, tax accountant, etc.)
National Authorized Private Qualification
