1. Parts cost

2. Travel expenses
– The travel fee is applied when requesting on-site repair for a product whose quality warranty period as specified in the “Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards” for each product has expired. Rinnai’s travel fee is KRW 18,000 regardless of the product type. However, on weekdays from 18:00 to 08:00 the next day and on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays, the same fee of 22,000 won is charged regardless of the type.
