– Income criteria: Individual (couple’s combined) annual income of 40 million won or less
– Target housing: Rental deposit of 200 million won or less and monthly rent conversion rate of 6.1% or less

– Loan interest rate of 2.0% per annum
– Maximum loan amount: Within 100 million won (within 90% of rental deposit → the remainder to be borne by the applicant)
