Visiting hours: 09:00 – 11:30 am / 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Determine the type of service by applying online or visiting the public health center → Mother directly selects and contracts with service provider (pays co-payment) → Uses voucher service (service use completed within 60 days from the date of birth)
Check the number of household members and the latest health insurance premium out-of-pocket as of the application date.
Number of household members included: newborn baby (including fetus), mother, spouse (including common-law relationship), unmarried child, mother or spouse, and family members registered in both resident registration and health insurance.
Calculating health insurance premiums
Standard table of health insurance premiums below 150% of the standard median income
※Health insurance premium borne by yourself: Amount not including long-term care insurance premium for the elderly
Those subject to qualification confirmation (limited to those who are eligible)
Those eligible for exceptional support (limited to those eligible)
Government subsidies: Differential payments depending on fetal type, birth order, income level, and service period
Out-of-pocket expenses: The difference between the service price and the government subsidy is paid.

Voucher validity period
Only available on weekdays (weekdays), commuting type (09:00 – 18:00) (including 1 hour break)
Choose the service period (shortened, standard, extended) carefully as it cannot be changed midway once you first select it.
