2.1 Open Paint by double-clicking the file.

Before entering the ‘width’ and ‘height’ sizes, you must uncheck the Bandos ‘Maintain aspect ratio’ option.
If you select this item, you will not be able to change or adjust the photo to the desired size because the width-to-height ratio will be maintained.
2.4 Save the photo with the desired extension name.
