② The detailed driving aptitude test under paragraph (1) is divided into new tests, qualification maintenance tests, and special tests, and the subjects are as follows.
1. New inspection: A person who wishes to obtain a cargo transportation license (hereinafter referred to as “cargo transportation license”) pursuant to Article 8 (2) of the Act. However, those who have been judged suitable for a new inspection within the past 3 years as of the date corresponding to each of the following items are excluded.
go. Date of examination (hereinafter referred to as “qualification test”) conducted by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport pursuant to Article 8 (1) 3 of the Act
me. Start date of theoretical and practical training (hereinafter referred to as “traffic safety experience training”) conducted by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Act.
2. Qualification maintenance test: A person who falls under any of the following items:

A person who has retired from driving a vehicle for the passenger vehicle transportation business under the Passenger Transport Business Act or a vehicle for the freight car transport business under the Freight Vehicle Transportation Business Act has had three years from the date of receiving a new inspection or qualification maintenance inspection. People who want to get re-employed after their retirement. However, those who drove without accidents until the date of re-employment are excluded.
me. A person who has been determined to be suitable for a new test or qualification maintenance test but has not been employed within 3 years from the date of receiving the relevant test. However, people who drove without accidents from the date of receiving the relevant test to the date of employment are excluded.
all. People between 65 and 70 years of age. However, those who have been judged suitable for qualification maintenance examination for less than 3 years are excluded.
la. People over 70 years of age. However, those who have been judged suitable for the qualification maintenance test for less than one year are excluded.
3. Special prosecutor: A person who falls under any of the following items:
go. A person who causes a traffic accident that kills someone or causes injuries that require treatment for more than 5 weeks
me. A person with an accumulated score of 81 points or more calculated in accordance with the driver’s license administrative disposition standards in accordance with the Enforcement Rules of the Road Traffic Act over the past year
③ The qualification maintenance inspection pursuant to paragraph 2, subparagraph 2, c and d must be conducted within 3 months from the date of becoming the subject of the inspection. In this case, qualification is obtained through an aptitude test (referring to a diagnosis of physical ability and disease) of a clinic under Article 3 (2) 1 (a) of the Medical Service Act, a hospital under subparagraph 3 (a) of the same paragraph, and a general hospital under subparagraph (f) of the same paragraph. Maintenance inspection can be replaced.
④ The implementation methods and procedures for each item or subject of the detailed driving aptitude test shall be determined by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
