Information on the right to request interest rate reduction for household loans
When a customer who has entered into a loan contract with a bank determines that his/her credit status has improved (e.g. change in job/position, increase in annual income, acquisition of professional qualification, increase in assets/decreased debt, increase in external credit rating, change in transaction performance, etc. This is a system that allows you to submit supporting information to the bank (other matters that are judged to improve your credit status, etc.) and request an interest rate reduction based on this.
