1. After accessing the Government 24 website, click on the Resident Registration Copy (Extract) menu in the middle of the frequently visited services.

How to obtain a copy of resident registration using an unmanned civil service issuance machine

How to issue resident registration abstract mobile (KakaoTalk)
If you have a Kakao certificate, you can easily obtain a copy of your resident registration through the KakaoTalk electronic certificate service.
The procedure for receiving a copy of resident registration via KakaoTalk is as follows.
1. Access KakaoTalk → Click the three-dot More button at the bottom right
2. Click Wallet → Click Electronic Certificate
3. Click Start Electronic Certificate and complete authentication.

4. Enter the address on your resident registration and select the issuance type (basic issuance, optional issuance).
