Information on the right to request interest rate reduction for household loans
When a customer who has entered into a loan contract with a bank determines that his/her credit status has improved (e.g. change in job/position, increase in annual income, acquisition of professional qualification, increase in assets/decreased debt, increase in external credit score, change in transaction performance, etc. This is a system that allows you to submit supporting data to the bank (such as matters deemed to have improved your credit status) and request an interest rate reduction based on this.
