Find and report lost items on buses
There are two ways to find lost items on the bus.
1. How to contact the bus transportation company -> Remember the bus number you took, the time you got off the bus, the stop you got off at, and the direction of the bus, then call the bus company and add the information mentioned above and lost item information + name + mobile phone number. Just leave a message.
2. Please fill out the lost item report and upload it to the Seoul Bus Transportation Association website.
