It’s been a while since I’ve written an article in the IT category. Today, I will show you how to import or export a public certificate (joint certificate) from PC to mobile at K-Bank, Korea’s first Internet bank, and show you the process.

It’s simple, so if you’re curious about the method, follow along while looking at the captured image, and you’ll be able to export the K-bank accredited certificate in no time. 케이뱅크 공동인증서 가져오기

In the Authentication Center menu, go to PC → Copy Mobile Phone Certificate.

When exporting a public certificate to a mobile device, there are two methods: using an authentication number and using a QR code. Since the method using the authentication number is usually used a lot, let’s try importing a public certificate using the authentication number here.

Click Export Co-Certificate.

Select the public certificate to import from mobile. Select the hard disk or mobile disk to find it. There may be only one like the screen, but there are some people who come out with several, right?

You have to choose carefully which ones to send. If you export an expired or unusable public certificate to mobile, you will not be able to use it anyway, so please choose well from the beginning. After selecting, enter the certificate password.

※ If many unused public certificates are displayed on the screen, it is recommended to delete them. Please refer to the article below for how to easily delete a public certificate.

An 8-digit verification code will appear. You can now enter this number into your mobile phone. Now that the work on the PC is over, launch the K-Bank app.

Click on the person-shaped icon in the lower right corner. And go to Authentication/Security menu.

Click on the person-shaped icon in the lower right corner. And go to Authentication/Security menu.

Then, a place to write down the 8-digit authentication number displayed on the PC will appear. Write down the numbers here and click Import Joint Certificate to complete the import of the public certificate to mobile and export from PC.

For your reference, if you have renewed your public certificate registration, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone. If you receive a text like this even though you haven’t done any related work, it’s a good idea to contact the customer center or access K-bank to check if there are any strange signs.
