Moving out and moving in
If you are moving out or moving in, you can use city gas smoothly by applying for a move-in or move-out.
Move-out & move-in reservation information
1. Select the applicable service from [Move-out Application] or [Move-in Application] on the online homepage.
2. Agree to the terms and conditions and move to the next page.
3. Enter address information. You can search by address or payer number.
4. Enter applicant information. Enter your name, mobile phone number, and the number to be contacted when visiting the article.
5. Select the date and time you wish to reserve.

▶ If you are a customer using automatic transfer, please be sure to cancel and apply for a new address at a new address.
▶ If the withdrawal date and move-out date overlap, double payment of city gas charges may occur.
(If double payment occurs, an automatic refund will be processed after confirmation in the case of automatic bank transfer.)
▶ If you are receiving a discount, it will be automatically canceled when you move out. Please reapply with a new address.
Application for gas stove replacement
This service is provided to customers who use COWON Energy Service’s city gas.
Customers who wish to replace or remove their gas stove without moving can receive the service by requesting a reservation.
Reservations are not available every Thursday from 9 PM to 12 PM due to regular system maintenance.
