How do I get a Temu refund?
To receive a Temu refund, you must leave an inquiry through the customer center. If the delivery information has not been updated for more than a week, you can receive a full refund.
In my case, it was not updated for several weeks due to customs clearance, but when I went to track the delivery, the customer center tab was added, so I was able to receive it easily.

First, if you touch ‘Me’ at the bottom of the app, you will see the headset icon on the top right.
Temu-Support-Center
If you touch this part, you will be taken to the support center and recent orders will be displayed.
If you select the desired order and touch Contact Us at the bottom, you can talk to the Temu chatbot, and if there is a problem that cannot be solved by the chatbot, you can get help from a counselor.
You can also contact us by scrolling down without selecting an order. Through this method, you can get a full refund, exchange, or return.
How to receive Temu delivery delay compensation
Quite a few people do not know how to receive Temu delivery delay compensation in addition to refunds. Temu will immediately give you 5,300 credits that can be used like cash if the expected arrival date is exceeded.
In this case, no special action is required, and if the date is exceeded, it will be automatically added to the credits, so you can wait with peace of mind.
If the order does not arrive on the expected date, you will automatically receive credits. In the past, price adjustments were quite a lot, but these days, the period seems to have gotten shorter and the standards seem stricter.
However, it is better than not doing it at all, so don’t forget to go to the delivery information and touch the price adjustment after ordering.

What happens to the item if I get a refund for Temu?
Since I ordered with free credit anyway, I didn’t plan on getting a refund from the beginning. Since it was too late, I checked every day, and a customer center banner that wasn’t there before appeared, so I clicked on it out of curiosity and ended up getting it.
I was happy that I got my credit back worth over 170,000 won, but I was worried about what would happen to the item, but fortunately, it arrived safely.
They said that you don’t have to return it and that you can just use it, so don’t worry and get a refund.
In the case of card cancellation and refund, depending on the card company, the refund is said to be made 5 to 14 days after the approval date.
Since I only paid with free credit, the refund amount was deposited into the credit right away.
