1. Retirement pension inquiry
National pensions, including retirement pensions, and personal pensions can all be searched at once on the integrated pension portal site.
2. Retirement pension inquiry order
1) Search ‘Retirement Pension Inquiry’ on Naver or go to the ‘Integrated Pension Portal’ site.
2) On the initial screen, click ‘Check my pension’.
3) After ‘signing up’, check your pension. When applying for the first time, it takes about 4 to 5 days to be verified, so it is best to apply in advance.
4) After the required time has passed, you can check the status of various pension subscriptions, including retirement pension, in my pension contract information.
3. Why you need to check your retirement pension
To prepare for retirement, it is helpful to check in advance the amount of pension you can receive after retirement and the pension information you are enrolled in.
Currently, most workers subscribe to a defined benefit retirement pension (DB).
Since July of this year, the government has been applying the default option while converting the retirement pension to a defined contribution retirement pension (DC).
