The Navy Welfare Portal System Physical Training Center refers to a golf course. It is available in five areas: Pyeongtaek, Jinhae, Donghae, Pohang, and Deoksan University.

Regular Members: Active-duty officers, warrant officers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers, and active military personnel, reserve officers, warrant officers, non-commissioned officers, and retired military personnel who have served for more than 19 years and 6 months and have been discharged from the military and retired military personnel
2. Regular Member Treatment: Spouses of regular members (including widows), children of active-duty officers/warrant officers/non-commissioned officers and military personnel (weekdays only), attendees of events approved by the Chief of Staff, general civil servants of the Ministry of National Defense (including the National Cemetery, National Defense Agency, and the Defense Public Relations Agency) and retired civil servants who have served for more than 20 years of the Ministry of National Defense (combined service periods of officers/non-commissioned officers/military personnel), professors of the National Defense University, and general students of security courses (during their student status)
Persons of national merit related to the military (persons with military merit, military police officers with military merit, persons with national merit (active duty service), persons with merit, military personnel with merit), spouses of persons of national merit related to the military or Holders of a survivor’s certificate (authorized survivor)
Foreign military personnel (excluding enlisted personnel) and military personnel, Military Manpower Administration/Defense Agency director level or higher, associate professors or higher who retired from the National Defense University after 20 years of service, Christianity (Chairman of the Military Theological Association), Catholicism/Buddhism/Won Buddhism (Chairman of the Military Religious Association), National Intelligence Service employees supported by the Ministry of National Defense (4 people) (June 15, 2009), spouses of former/current Minister/Vice Minister of National Defense (August 17, 2009), current officers of the Coast Guard of the rank of Inspector General or higher (up to 100 people including associate member treatment)
Navy-related organizations/groups approved by the Chief of Staff (excluding individuals), Military Manpower Administration, Defense Agency, KIDA, ADD, and Gipumwon employees with 20 years of service or higher, Military Mutual Aid Association, War Memorial Association (Director level or higher), Military Mutual Aid Association chairman, War Memorial Association chairman, civil servants of other ministries dispatched to the Ministry of National Defense (during the dispatch period) / (15. 9. 1.), Navy Development Advisory Committee (during the appointment period), National Meritorious Persons (6.25/Vietnam War, Agent Orange Aftereffects (Medical)), Spouses of Deceased Soldiers Receiving Survivors’ Pension – If survivors’ pension was received at once (Pension Lump Sum Payment Confirmation, Family Relationship Certificate) * Proof of Non-Divorce Employees with 20 years or more of service, Honorary Navy (13 people) (‘14.11.26.), Retirees with 30 years of service from the Military Manpower Administration and the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (’16. 3. 1.)
3. Associate Members: Reserve officers, warrant officers, non-commissioned officers, retired military personnel, and spouses with 10 years or more of service
Reservists (including military personnel) who have served for 10 years or more by adding up the military education period (4 years at the Military Academy, 2 years at the 2nd/3rd Corps/Army, and other pre-commissioning military education periods)
4. Associate Member Treatment: 10 years or more Employees of the Military Manpower Administration, Defense Agency, KIDA, ADD, and the Military Mutual Aid Association, the War Memorial of Korea (director level or higher), beneficiaries of veterans’ compensation (soldiers injured in disasters), reservists of the Navy with less than 10 years of service who have contributed significantly to the development of the Navy and have been approved by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, physical training center workers and assistants (caddies) with less than 10 years of service, Coast Guard officers of the rank of superintendent or higher who have retired after more than 20 years of service (up to 100 people including those treated as regular members), Navy-related organizations/groups approved by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (excluding individuals) – 30 members of the NAVY Literary Club (‘11. 5.12.) – Cheonan Ship Foundation Executives (Chairman, Directors, Auditors) / During the term, retired civil servants of the Ministry of National Defense with a combined service period of 10 years or more but less than 20 years as officers/non-commissioned officers/military personnel (recognized as previous military career), graduates of the Defense Security Course (5 years after graduation / limited to civil servant service period) (15. 9. 1.), retired director-level civil servants of the Military Manpower Administration/Defense Agency (not recognized when transferred to another organization), section chiefs or higher of the Military Manpower Administration/Defense Agency and employees of KIDA, ADD, and the Korea Aerospace Research Institute who have served for more than 20 years and retired, representatives of organizations (up to 3 people) and individuals (up to 3 years) who have donated or provided consolation money exceeding 300 million won, employees with 10 years or more service, civil servants of the Presidential Security Service with 10 years or more service and section chiefs (Grade 4) or higher who have served for more than 20 years and retired), Spouses of veterans (disaster injured soldiers) or holders of survivor certificates (authorized survivors), spouses of honorary navy personnel (’14.11.26.)

Navy Welfare Portal System Physical Training Center Reservation Method
1. Reservation Application: 15 to 9 days before the date of use until 11:00
2. Assignment Confirmation: 7 days before the date of use from 14:00
3. How to Cancel Reservations
– Reservation cancellations via the Internet are possible during the “Reservation Application” period. Reservation cancellations after assignment confirmation are possible until 13:00 2 days before the date of use using the Navy Internet Welfare Portal System.
