경찰체력시험 [Police Officer] Physical Fitness Test Standard Table

경찰체력시험When it comes to police recruitment, the physical fitness test is just as important as the written test. The physical fitness test is a step that is conducted only for those who pass the written test, and passing or failing is often greatly influenced by the results of that step.

The physical fitness evaluation is conducted in five parts (100m run / 1000m run / sit-ups / push-ups / left and right grip strength).

– 100m run: Measured in 1/10 second units and performed in teams of two. If you fall, you have the opportunity to measure again after 20 minutes.
– 1000m run: conducted on an oval track and measured in seconds.
– Sit-ups: The number of times performed in 1 minute is measured. Both hands must be kept clasped behind the head, and both elbows must touch both knees when the upper body is raised to count.
– Push-ups: The number of push-ups performed in 1 minute is measured. For women, perform them on your knees.
– Left and right grip strength: The score is based on the average of a total of 44 measurements, twice each for the left and right hands.

The following is the evaluation criteria for each employment test for men and women pursuant to Article 34-2 of the [Enforcement Rules for the Appointment Ordinance of Police Officials].

* If any of the evaluation items receives 1 point or the total score is less than 19 points, the applicant will be disqualified.

The physical fitness test is a very important part in determining the final acceptance result. Since this is a difficult area to manage in a short period of time, you will be able to get good results if you always pay attention and prepare consistently.
