This is a service that allows complainants to reserve an interview through the Ministry of Justice’s electronic civil service system without visiting a correctional institution.
You can make a reservation for an interview in the ‘Ministry of Justice Online Civil Service Service > Civil Complaint Application and Issuance > Prison/Detention Center’ submenu.
※ You can move to the general (video) interview reservation screen only if the accepting institution, acceptance number, and name all match.
Things to keep in mind when applying for the Ministry of Justice’s online civil service service at the Correctional Headquarters
There may be cases where it is not possible to make a reservation for an interview for each institution or inmate, so please call 1363 or the institution’s civil affairs office for more details.
