The Love Country Card is a check card with electronic bankbook, cash card, and electronic military service certificate functions that is mandatory when you take the military service examination, which is your first time as a soldier.
The Nara Love Card can be issued by selecting a card issued by Industrial Bank of Korea or KB Bank.

The Nara Love Card can be issued by either Industrial Bank of Korea or KB Kookmin Bank.

I found that the quickest way to apply was to call the call center and immediately report the loss and apply for a reissue, so it was easiest to do it over the phone.
