1. Visit the community center at your town/myeon/dong resident registration address
2. If it is difficult to visit in person, apply by phone, fax, or mail.
There is no separate application period, so you can apply at any time as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. When visiting the community center and applying in person, you must bring your ID, and when visiting on behalf of someone else, you must bring the applicant’s ID and additional documents. Additionally, when applying by fax or mail, you must contact the relevant community center to confirm submission of documents.
