🔰 Cancellation and refunds
If you have purchased the Lotte World Magic Pass and wish to receive a refund for reasons such as personal change of mind, inspection of rides for safety purposes, or waiting for rides to operate due to bad weather, refunds are not possible.
You can cancel your advance reservation until 11:30 PM the day before your visit.
For same-day reservations, a 100% refund is possible within 1 hour of purchase, and a 100% cancellation penalty is incurred 1 hour after purchase.
