0. Civil defense training attendance certification
I attended my first civil defense training as a new member = first-year member. At around 8:40 AM, I arrived at the 2nd floor of Mapo-gu Office, verified my identity with my ID, checked attendance with the QR code on the electronic notification, and went into the main auditorium and sat down in a comfortable seat.
1. How to check the civil defense training schedule (KakaoTalk & mobile)
Before the training, I received a message from the Civil Defense Electronic Notification Center asking me to check the schedule for civil defense training via KakaoTalk. You can check it by going to Receive Electronic Notification at the bottom of the message.

You can check the civil defense training schedule by region on the National Disaster Safety Portal website. It is best to go to your residential area, and you can still attend if you don’t, but it is said that some confirmations are required for administrative processing.

4. Receive Certificate of Completion
After completing civil defense training, you can receive a paper certificate of completion on site, or those who attended via smartphone can check the certificate of completion via smartphone.

Here’s a tip: If you want a paper certificate, you have to wait separately after completing civil defense training to receive it, but if you attend using your smartphone, you can complete the training right after completing civil defense training while sitting down, receive the certificate on your smartphone, and go home right away.
