When you play Valorant, you can see pretty skins and season passes for sale in the store.
However, surprisingly, many users who bought this skin or season pass want to refund or cancel their subscription, but are unable to do so because they do not know how to do so. It would be good to use it in times like this.

In the case of weapons purchased within VALORANT rather than the VALORANT game itself, please go to ‘Cancel Unused Content Subscription’.

First, let’s go into canceling subscriptions for unused content. Then the top screen will appear.
In Valorant, you can cancel almost any content purchased less than 7 days ago.
If you do not play content purchased with in-game VALORANT Points (VP) for 7 days, you can receive a refund for VP. This is also the case with Radianite Points.
Riot Games has been famous for implementing a really good refund policy since the early days of LoL. Perhaps due to this influence, Valoran is also implementing this policy neatly. So now free yourself from the fear of withdrawal~
There are two ways to cancel your subscription. First, if it has been less than 7 days since you purchased it with VP and the content has not been used, your VP will be refunded. Alternatively, if it has been less than 7 days since you purchased it with VP and you have not used the content, you will be refunded in VP. In this case, you will be refunded as Radianite points.
The important thing here is that cancellation of subscription is only possible if 7 days have passed without using the purchased item. Don’t forget.

When you enter, the item details will appear, and for items that can be cancelled, the ‘REFUND’ button will be activated.
You can cancel your subscription normally by clicking the button.

However, there is a caveat. Only gun skin products can be canceled by viewing the purchase history, and products such as battle passes, battle pass levels, agent contracts, and agent contract levels can only be refunded by contacting customer support. .
As mentioned above, for content other than weapon skins, refunds are only possible through ‘Contact Us’.
A refund is possible if it is not used within 7 days of purchase, but please keep in mind that if this is not the case, a 10% fee will be charged and a refund will be issued.

From here, scroll down and select the ‘Inquiries about payment and store usage’ menu and fill out the form.
In the case of the title, please write the product name excluding the weapon skin, for example, “Please cancel the season pass subscription.” After writing your account name, you can choose between payment problem or refund.
