The owner of the car (including the lessee) is given an opportunity to state his or her opinion in writing and on the Internet within 20 days from the date of notification of the violation of the bus-only lane or within the statement period of the prior notice before imposition of a fine, and if the reason is recognized as justifiable, it is treated as an exemption from imposition of a fine. Opinion statement deliberation is carried out in accordance with the ‘[Appendix 2] Standards for Statement of Opinion Violation of Bus Lane Violation’ of the 「Gimpo City Parking/Stop and Bus Lane Violation Statement Deliberation Committee Composition and Operation Rules」.
If you have an objection to the decision of the Opinion Statement Deliberation Committee, you may file an objection for a fine trial under the Non-Contentious Case Litigation Procedure Act within 60 days of receiving the notice of the disposition, and the result will be notified from the court.
