I think you can easily report illegal parking with a smartphone app!

Report illegal parking using the Seoul City Smart Inconvenience Reporting App
1. Download the app and connect
Now, first, let’s access the smartphone app store or Google Play Store market and search for “Seoul City Smart Inconvenience Report” to download the app.
After installing the app, you will need to register the “complainant’s information” for both the Seoul Smart Inconvenience Reporting app and the Daily Life Inconvenience Reporting app. If you do not go through this process, you cannot proceed to the next step.

2. How to report illegal parking
Once you have completed registering your information, the screen below will appear. It is divided into two sections: “Reporting Inconveniences in Living” and “Reporting Illegal Drunkeners and Violations of Exclusive Lanes.”

Anyway, we click on the necessary tab, “Report illegal parking and dedicated lane violations.”
When you click “Report illegal parking and dedicated lane violations,” simple information pages will appear, and then the screen below will appear.
Illegal parking reports can be made from 7:00 to 22:00, and when reporting, photos with a time difference of at least 1 minute are required to confirm the shooting date and location. Just insert the photo as shown below and click “Send”.
