1. You can sign an agreement by going to My Page on the Seoul Housing Portal, and 2. An account to receive support must be opened at Shinhan Bank or an existing account must be converted;3. A transfer confirmation certificate issued from the bank’s website must be attached to the request for support funds.
Now let’s take a look at each procedure.
1. Contract signing
Contract conclusion is a process in which the finally selected recipients agree to the terms and conditions and enter into an agreement to receive support funds.
First, you need to go to the Seoul Housing Portal.

After logging in, go to ‘My Page’ in the upper right corner.
When you enter My Page, you can click ‘Youth Monthly Rent Support Application Status’ at the bottom left.
Then, the episode I applied for appears, and I press ‘View Details’ in the applicant’s column.

You will be moved to the youth monthly rent application process screen.
Since the application information and lottery results are complete, press the fifth item, the conclusion of the contract.
You must agree to the various terms and conditions.
Check ‘Agree to all’ and press ‘OK’.
The contract signing phase is now over.
2. Register an account to receive support funds
The account to receive the subsidy must open a dedicated account at Shinhan Bank or convert an existing account.
Account registration does not need to be done separately on the Seoul Housing Portal, and when you try to register, the following pop-up appears.

In some cases, you may not be able to open a new account because you already have a limited account. In that case, you have to close the old account.
It is said that opening a separate account to receive monthly rent support is possible with the Shinhan SOL app or by visiting a branch, and converting an existing account is only possible by visiting a branch.
I already have a Shinhan Bank deposit and withdrawal account, but it was difficult to visit a branch, so I issued a new one through the SOL app.
