Depending on the circumstances, additional charges may apply when a technician visits.
▣ A/S warranty period calculation standard
The A/S warranty period is basically set to 1 year, and even if a defect occurs due to consumer negligence, it will be paid for within 1 year.
Please understand that the A/S processing period may be slightly delayed depending on the product.
In the following cases, the warranty period is shortened to half of the normal period.
– When used for commercial purposes or at a place of business
– When used in places other than normal use environments, such as mounted on vehicles, ships, etc.
– When the product is installed and used in public places where the frequency of use is extremely high.
– When used for purposes other than home use, such as other production activities
If you purchase a used product, the warranty period does not apply, and we are not responsible for damages if repair is not possible.
