Are you looking for ways to queue smartly at Everland? The smart queue system, introduced in 2021, can be used through the Everland mobile app. Then, we will tell you how you can ride the rides without waiting in line.

Smart way to wait in line
1. To queue smartly, you must first access the Everland app. Those using a Samsung Galaxy phone can install the Everland app from the Google Play Store (Android), and those using an iPhone can install the Everland app from the Apple App Store.

2. If you access the app and sign up as a member, you can register the ticket you purchased. You must register your ticket to wait in smart line.
3. If you want to use the rides with the people you went with, just register everyone’s passes in one app.
4. After entering Everland, you can press Smart Line LIST on the Everland app on your smartphone.
5. Select passes on the reservation screen for the number of people you want to ride the ride with.
6. Select the ride you want and press Start Smart Queue.
7. Complete the application and confirm the precautions and usage times.
8. Be sure to check the notification that comes 10 minutes before entering.
9. Go on the ride according to the operating time. You may have to wait in the waiting line after entering.
10. When entering Everland Smart Line, you must check the QR code. If you have a QR, you can enter directly from the waiting line.
Smart queue useful information
☑️Parking
For quick entry, it is convenient to use the paid parking lot in front of the main entrance. The paid parking lot costs 15,000 won.
If you pay using an unmanned payment machine, you can use it for 12,000 won, or if you pay through the Kakao T app, you can use it for 10,000 won.
Although Everland’s free parking lot is far away, shuttle buses run frequently.

☑️Admission
The smart queue does not open at 10 o’clock, which is the business start time, but changes depending on the opening time of the day. So, we recommend that you arrive before the admission time.
If you plan to use the rides with the people you went with through smart queuing, please register them all in one app. You can register up to 12 sheets.
It would be convenient if one representative registered passes for all members of the group before going to Everland. That way, you can ride the rides at the same time.
☑️Line up on site
In the morning, queuing is not possible on site for rides where smart queuing is applied. You can line up on-site from 2 p.m., when smart queuing ends.
It starts at 2pm, but please note that for popular rides, there are people waiting from around 1pm.
☑️Note
Smart Queue does not allow you to reserve two rides at the same time. After scanning the QR, you can make a smart queue reservation again.
A QR code has been created, but if you do not use it for a certain period of time, the QR code will automatically expire and you will not be able to use the ride.
☑️Ticket
One person must have registered all of their passes in one app to ensure smart waiting in line. If you want to ride different rides afterward, you are free to do so.
Everland tickets are only used when entering Everland and checking the smart queue QR.
There is no need to re-split the ticket using the Everland app.
What is smart queuing?
To use Everland’s rides, you must use the smart queue line in the app.
Popular attractions include Safari World, Lost Valley, T Express, and Panda World.
On weekends and holidays, the Racing Coaster, Drake Train, Bumper Car, Rolling X Train, Thunder Falls, Shooting Ghost, and Festival Train are also included.
Smart Queue Rides may change without notice depending on emergency inspections, weather, and operating conditions.
After applying for smart queue, you can only use it at the reserved time and it may close early.
The application time is from opening time to 2 p.m., and after this time, lining up is possible on site.
You can reserve one smart queue for each group.
