Our Card customer service phone number is 1588-9955 or 1599-9955. There are two phone numbers in operation, so you can choose which one to use. The counselor can be contacted from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. However, work related to card loss, theft, and approval is available 24 hours a day.

When you call the two phone numbers above, you will need to select the service you want. For individual members, pressing 1 will take you to the individual member service menu. If you lose your card, press 8.
