If your lost item is actually confirmed, you can get it back after verifying your identity by bringing your ID card, such as your passport or resident registration card. If the item is worth more than $400, you can get it back after paying the tax. If you have a power of attorney, you can receive it by proxy, quick service, or courier. Additionally, items that have not been found for more than 6 months will be disposed of at public auction or returned to the treasury, so if you have lost an item, you must search for it within 6 months.

Various lost and found centers are operated by the Incheon International Airport Airport Police Department, and all can be searched within the Lost and Found Center menu on the Incheon Airport website. Regardless of where you lost your item, first access the Incheon Airport website and click [Customer Center] in the upper right corner. Then click the [Find Lost Items] menu.
Click to check the operating hours, phone number, and location of the lost and found centers at Passenger Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Please note that it is open all year round, but is only available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
There are also four ways to receive goods: self-collection, courier delivery, proxy collection, and quick service. Receipt in person is the default, but if you have a power of attorney, courier, proxy, and quick service are also available.
