Where to use cultural gift certificates
Culture Land gift certificates can be used in the same way as cash, and cash receipts can also be used.

Gift certificates worth 10,000 won or less will be refunded in cash if more than 80% of the gift certificates are used, and gift certificates worth more than 10,000 won will be refunded in cash if more than 60% of the money is used.

If the scratch on the cultural gift certificate is damaged, you must scratch off the part of the gift certificate with the amount written on it and write down the confirmed scratch number (12-digit serial number, 6-digit authentication number) and 14-digit issue number (bottom left of the front of the gift certificate) as much as possible for accurate confirmation. This is possible.
If you see more than 2/3 of the scratched PIN number damaged, you can process it by reporting it to the customer service center.
If more than 2/3 of the scratch PIN number is not visible, the scratch area should be checked for damage.
So, you can process it by taking a photo of the entire front and back of the gift certificate and submitting it as a file. When sending, you must take a photo of the gift certificate so that the issuing number and scratches can be clearly identified.
