This is Cuckoo’s customer service phone number. Cuckoo operates three customer centers depending on the type of consultation. These are the general customer support center, Cuckoo Rental Counseling Center, and Service Center. ■ Cuckoo business trip service
Cuckoo’s business trip service is a service in which an A/S technician travels directly to the customer’s desired location and provides a 3,000 won discount on paid travel expenses when applying on the website. For paid repair products, travel expenses are incurred regardless of the repair details, so we recommend that you check directly using the materials provided on the website before applying.
1. Service fee information
Cuckoo’s on-site service is comprised of the total cost of parts and repair costs. However, travel expenses apply when on-site repairs are requested, and the same 13,000 won is charged regardless of the distance (travel expenses).
Parts cost: Parts cost is the cost of parts when replacing parts when repairing the product.
Repair cost: Repair cost is a pure technical fee based on repair difficulty and time required, excluding parts cost for paid repairs.
Travel fee: 13,000 won charged equally to all regions (no additional charge after 18:00)
2. Fee-free repair standards
– Free repair
· In case of performance or functional failure that occurs under normal use within the quality warranty period
· If a re-failure occurs in the same area within 3 months after repair through our service center
– Paid repair
· When repairing a product whose quality warranty period has expired
· When repairing due to customer carelessness (moving, falling, impact, damage, failure due to failure to follow precautions in the user manual, excessive operation, etc.)
· In case of malfunction due to improper repair or modification outside of our service center
· In case of breakdown due to natural disaster (lightning, power failure, fire, earthquake, wind and flood damage, tsunami, etc.)
· When replacing consumable parts worn out through normal use
· In case of malfunction due to abnormality in the power supply or defective connected device
3. Guarantee period information
– Product warranty period
· The product warranty period is calculated based on the date of purchase, and confirmation of the date of purchase is based on the product warranty (receipt).
– If there is no product warranty
· If there is no product warranty, the warranty period is calculated by adding 6 months based on the production date (manufacturing number) and applying the date of purchase, taking into account the distribution period.
– When applying a shortened warranty period
· When using general household products for commercial purposes or at a place of business (however, commercial and commercial products are excluded)
· When used in places other than normal use environments, such as mounted on vehicles or ships.
· The warranty period does not apply to the purchase of used products (purchased over the counter, counterfeit products), and we are not responsible for compensation for damages if repairs are not possible.
