When registering online, connect the Hi-Pass terminal to the PC via a USB cable and enter customer and vehicle information in the Hi-Pass registration system. In the case of a name change or vehicle model change that is not a new registration, you can register without a USB connection.

2) Click ‘Terminal Management’ from the top menu or click ‘Terminal Management’ under the top menu.
3) The terminal registration and information inquiry screen appears.

After installing ex Agent, some Windows 10 users may see a message asking if they want to allow the ex Agent to communicate with the outside world. You have to click ‘Yes’ to allow it.

5) Connect the terminal and computer to each other.

2. How to register without connecting via USB
If you want to change the terminal name or personal information, you can do it without connecting the terminal to the PC.
Even if you do not change the name of the terminal, nothing big will happen. However, if the terminal owner and the holder of the Hi-Pass card installed in the terminal are different, the Korea Highway Corporation will continue to inform the owner of the Hi-Pass usage details. It is not very difficult, so if you buy a used terminal, it is recommended that you change the name of the terminal to your own.

To register without a USB connection, you need to know the terminal issue number. The terminal issue number can be found by pressing the terminal volume button or menu button for more than 5 seconds. The terminal then calls out a 16-digit numeric issue number, which you must enter.

2) Enter terminal information
