If a member cancels the card before the expiration date, the annual fee refund amount is calculated on a pro-rated basis from the date of contract cancellation, and the refund is processed within 10 business days. If it is difficult to return it within 10 business days due to unavoidable reasons such as the time it takes to check the details of additional service provision, it can be returned within 3 months from the date of contract termination. In this case, the following costs reflected in the annual fee already paid by the member are excluded from the calculation of the amount.
