Run the KB Kookmin Card app on your smartphone.

When authentication is complete, click the OK button.

Finally, the screen is converted to the application completion page. Review the lost report and reissuance application details and click the OK button.

Loss reports and reissuance requests are also sent via text message to the mobile phone number registered in the Kookmin Card.
