1. After accessing the Government 24 website, click on the Resident Registration Copy (Extract) menu in the middle of the frequently visited services.

3. Click Apply for Membership or Apply for Non-Membership. This post was written based on non-member application.

4. After reviewing the consent notice, please check I agree. If it is not checked, you cannot proceed further.

6. By default, the menu is selected as a copy. To obtain a copy of the resident registration certificate, click on the Resident Registration Sample Copy menu. (The herb is selected when the menu background turns white.)

9. Complete your identity verification using your preferred authentication method (simple authentication or joint/financial certificate).

If you have a Kakao certificate, you can easily obtain a copy of your resident registration through the KakaoTalk electronic certificate service.

The procedure for receiving a copy of resident registration via KakaoTalk is as follows.

1. Access KakaoTalk → Click the three-dot More button at the bottom right
2. Click Wallet → Click Electronic Certificate
3. Click Start Electronic Certificate and complete authentication.
