The first discount you can get is by using Apartment Cash when paying with Apartment i. The good thing is that if you pay the management fee through the apartment i app, you can use the apartment cash points like cash.
There are three ways to pay when paying through the Apartment i app. It is possible through Naver Pay, Toss, and Ssuk Pay. Among these, using toss is currently the most advantageous method.
In the past, it was advantageous to purchase Shinsegae gift certificates at a low price and pay with Ssuk Pay, but these days, it is not easy to purchase Shinsegae gift certificates with discount, so you pay using Toss.
If you sign up for Toss Prime when paying with Toss, you can get a 6% discount.

The billed amount was 158,000 won, but the management fee was paid 135,000 won this month by using Apartment Cash and Toss Point. That’s a total discount of around 23,000 won!
However, if you use the amount to sign up for Toss Prime, and consider the 6% reserve, the actual discount amount is slightly different.

If you calculate the Toss Prime subscription amount by deducting the newly accumulated points, the amount discounted by Toss is 2,960 won.
