In order to make a gift or transfer on KakaoTalk, you must first connect your Kakao Pay account.

A more window will appear like the one above, and there, click on the place that says pay to enter.
When going to pay, press the three-dot button I marked with an arrow.
A related sub-item is created at the bottom, please enter the linked account management there.
After that, you will see a plus button along with a message telling you to connect your Kakao Pay account like I did.
If you do not have anything, it will appear as above, and if you have linked at least one, the connection will appear.
Even if you have already done something, you can proceed through the Add button!
After that, if you click on the page marked with number 1, it will appear at the bottom like the picture above.
In this case, please select the bank or brokerage company you want to link with.
After entering your account number, click Request Verification and proceed to the next step.
Then, to check if it is your account, you send 1 won and ask what the name of the depositor is.
Please check and enter.
You can proceed with automatic debit through pay or ARS authentication.
You can choose whichever one is more convenient for you.
If you have passed the verification, you can finish by confirming and you are done 🙂
If completed normally, you will see something like the one above.

More in the KakaoTalk app – Touch PAY in the yellow part at the top.
Click the Services tab at the top and go to Settings.
Then you will go to the settings menu, please enter the password tab in Personal/Security.
Touch the Forgot Password tab at the bottom of this page.
After that, you will be taken to the screen where you can re-register your password.
There is no separate process to find the Kakao Pay password, and the existing password is initialized and set to register again.
Rather, it does not require additional verification and looks neat for safe use.
If you enter your KakaoTalk account password once more, a mobile phone verification window will appear like me.
Please fill in all the blanks here and tap the request button below.
When the authentication is complete, you will see a message saying that it has been completed, then click the Confirm button below.
Now enter your password and you’re done!
