This is a list of recommended restaurants at highway rest areas across the country.
When traveling domestically, going to local restaurants is important, but trying foods that can only be found at each rest area is “another fun part of traveling.” So, in my case, I always save photos of the rest area’s signature dishes.
Since I don’t know when I will be able to go to that rest area, I am determined to eat the rest area food whenever I go.
