Q. What should I do about gas facilities when moving or leaving?

When moving in or out, customers should not arbitrarily connect or disconnect the gas and should check in advance whether the gas type is LPG or city gas.
For LPG, please contact the relevant sales office, and for city gas, please contact our customer satisfaction center (1577-8181) or your local customer service center to request installation and removal of gas facilities.
When moving out, you must finish the gas pipe connection area, and when removing the gas connection hose, you must check the meter instructions and settle the city gas bill used by the day.

Q. What is the handling method when moving or changing tenants?

Dear customer, if you are moving or changing tenants, please call the Customer Satisfaction Center (1577-8181) at least 2 days prior to the moving date to apply for city gas on-site service.

<When moving out>
A pre-booked customer service center CS engineer will visit your home to safely remove the combustor and perform a safety inspection. You must also check the meter usage instructions and settle the city gas bill used by the day.
Please be advised that if you move without contacting the Customer Satisfaction Center, you will be responsible for any safety accidents that occur as a result. Therefore, if you are moving out, please contact the Customer Satisfaction Center (1577-8181) two days in advance to apply for business trip service. There may be a problem with billing, so please be sure to contact us to take action.
