We will inform you of the Hyundai Card ARS consultation number. There are several counseling inquiry numbers, and you can connect directly to a counselor that suits your problem.

Connect to a Hyundai Card customer center agent
First, call Hyundai Card ARS Customer Center at “1577-6000” and connect to the customer center. When the call is connected, you can select the ARS type. You can select ARS by pressing 1 or ARS by pressing 2. We select the ARS you see number 1 here.
If you select the visible ARS, the screen below will appear, where you click on the red square box in the upper right corner. If you select the visible ARS but the screen does not appear, click the link via text message and the visible ARS screen will appear.

When you click on the screen above and proceed, the “Contact a Counselor” screen appears and asks you to select the type of consultation you want, such as information change, product service inquiry, issuance inquiry, or other inquiry. Select the consultation type that suits your problem.
