You can handle a variety of things from cancellation/exchange/return to delivery and refund at Coupang Customer Center. Check the FAQ below for quick answers.

 

-I want to exchange/return the product.

Exchanges and returns are only possible for unused products, and can be done directly through My Coupang. If a problem is discovered during the inspection phase after the product has been retrieved, we may contact you. Exchanges can only be made with the same product as the purchased product. If you wish to change the color or size, please return the product and repurchase.

-How long is the exchange/return period?

In case of buyer’s simple change of mind
Rocket delivery product: Within 30 days after delivery
Rocket Fresh products: No returns due to simple change of mind
Rocket direct purchase products: within 7 days after delivery (no exchanges, returns only)
Rocket Mobile products: Within 14 days including order date
Product delivered by seller: within 7 days after completion of delivery

In case of differences in labeling, advertising, or product defects (initial defects)
Within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods or within 30 days from the date the fact was known or could have been known.

In case of damage/defect/misdelivery, etc. (seller’s fault)
Within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods or within 30 days from the date the fact was known or could have been known.

-I want to cancel the product.

You can cancel orders and request returns directly through My Coupang.

Authorization cancellation is completed after the product arrives to the seller.
For products delivered after requesting a return, please notify the delivery driver of your refusal to receive them.
Although a return has been accepted, the delivery driver will visit and collect the delivered product within 1 to 3 days on weekdays.
In the case of fresh/refrigerated/frozen products, returns due to a simple change of mind are limited due to the nature of the product that cannot be resold.
In the case of seller products, return fees will be incurred if cancellation is made after delivery of the product has begun.

 

-When will the ordered product be delivered?

You can check the expected delivery date directly through My Coupang.

After tracking the delivery, click ‘View Details’ at the top to check the delivery status by time zone. Delivery messages can also be checked in the notification center at the top right of the mobile app home.

Estimated delivery date may vary depending on the seller and delivery destination, and may take 3 to 5 days longer for islands and mountainous areas. Please understand that there may be some delays if exceptional circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, changes in supply and demand, or holidays occur.
