Economical delivery price
For economical delivery, the lowest freight rate is applied only when the weight is less than 0.5 kg. We use a scale to weigh the package so the price is displayed accurately. Please note that we can deliver parcels weighing up to 5kg.
Precautions for economical delivery
1) 5Kg or less
2) Total of three sides less than 1.0m (width + length + height)
3) Product value less than 500,000 won
4) Miscellaneous goods/books, clothing, home appliances, and grains can be accepted.
Other products such as food, letter envelopes (A4 envelopes), etc. are absolutely not accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept food products or products with incomplete packaging upon delivery, so please be careful about packaging.
CU convenience store delivery tracking
Each convenience store has its own website to track delivery of convenience store parcels. Since we plan to use CU convenience stores, you can track delivery through the CU convenience store site or mobile app. Since I am writing on a PC, I will guide you through the mobile web instead of the app.

When sending a convenience store delivery, please enter the invoice number you received without -. Courier delivery tracking is updated every 30 minutes. Please take note.
Convenience store courier delivery period and weekend delivery
It will be delivered within 2-5 days including the date of receipt (2-3 days in the same city area, 3-5 days on weekends).
1. Delivery is not available on Sundays and Lunar New Year’s Day/Chuseok.
2. Delivery may be partially delayed due to natural disasters, special holidays, store circumstances, etc.
On average, you can think of it as 3 to 5 days. It would be good to note that delivery is not possible on Sundays.

1. Access the CU convenience store app or website (mobile web available).
2. Select CU Economical Delivery on the main screen.
3. On the login screen, log in if you have an ID or select Use as a non-member if you do not have an ID.
4. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, enter product information. Select the item, read the disclaimers, scroll down and select Agree.
5. Enter the sender’s information, verify the mobile phone number, and proceed to the next step.
6. Enter the recipient’s information and proceed to the next step.
7. Completed. Go to the convenience store with your reservation information, show it to the staff, and pay.
