SRT reservation target and schedule
National SRTs operating between February 8 (Thursday) and February 12 (Monday) are included in reservations.
The reservation schedule is from 09:00 on Monday, January 15th, with priority acceptance for seniors over 65 years old and people with disabilities.

How to reserve SRT tickets
1) Access the reservation-only website or SRT app
* Tickets purchased on the SRT app can be refunded up to 10 minutes after the train departs, so we recommend using the SRT app.

Precautions for SRT reservations (use and refund policy)
Precautions when using SRT
1) You can reserve up to 12 tickets per person (6 one-way tickets, 12 round-trip tickets).
2) Chuseok ticket reservations are only available online (PC, mobile).
Therefore, during the advance reservation period, tickets cannot be purchased at offline counters such as station counters or kiosks.
3) The reservation-only website will operate from 14:00 on Friday, September 1, 2023.
4) Payment must be completed within the payment period. If payment is not made within the period, it will be automatically canceled.
5) Pre-registration for the disabled can be done through the SR website.
6) Holiday tickets are not sold on the SR-KORAIL website (homepage, app).
Standing/transfer/combined tickets are not available during the advance reservation period.
7) Various discount products and regular/multiple/group tickets will be suspended during the target period.
8) Chuseok tickets can be gifted, earned points, and used as discount coupons.
9) There will be no duplicate reservations for trains in the same time slot, and reservations for short distance sections will be suspended.
10) Additional fares may be collected if you take a shortcut without holding a valid ticket.
11) If you get off at a station midway, the fare for the remaining section will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
The refund policy is as follows.

* Penalties for group tickets are calculated based on the total refund amount for each number of people.
