Unfortunately, standing room reservations are not available. However, it is possible to reserve a ‘combined ticket’ for standing + seating.
Reservations are available on the SRT app and website.
If you can’t get a ‘combined ticket’, that is, for a sold-out train, only 15 tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is said that tickets are sold only at the station window, so you should search to see if they are sold out and if you cannot make a reservation, go straight to the station window.

SRT standing fee
If regular seats are sold out, you can purchase a reserved seat ticket at a 15% discount at the station window or kiosk (automated ticket vending machine) inside the station.

You must carry the original ticket (paper type) when using the train. * Photos and screenshots are not allowed to prevent unauthorized use of standing ticket
Standing tickets can only be returned at the station counter. * Phone returns, Internet returns are not possible.
If a standing ticket is lost, it cannot be reissued, changed, or returned as a ticket without a designated seat number in accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 1 of the Passenger Transport Terms and Conditions.

There is no assigned seating for standing room only.
If there are no empty seats in the room (unavailable in special rooms), you can use the simple seats and aisles between carriages as long as they do not cause inconvenience to other customers.
If an employee on the train asks you to confirm your ticket, please cooperate to use the train properly.
