구글 계정 복구Tip #1: Google® does a pretty good job of providing users with data recovery methods. If you provided sufficient security information during account sign-up, recovering your Gmail® account is incredibly easy. The first thing to try is to go to Google’s account recovery page. Next, you need to select the “I forgot my password” option, enter your Gmail address and click Continue.
If you linked your mobile phone number to your Gmail® account, you can request a verification code be sent to you via text message. Additionally, you can answer the security questions under “Prove Your Identity.”
Tip #2: Even if you’ve forgotten your email address or haven’t set up recovery information like a mobile phone number or security questions, you can still find your username in your web browser if you’ve recently used your email account. Just search your web browser history for your inbox or Gmail® to see if your address appears there.
Tip #3: If you don’t have access to your recovery email, phone, or other options, you can recover your Gmail® password by manually proving your identity. The first thing you need to do is access the Google Account Recovery page. Then enter your email address and click “Continue.” Click on the “I don’t know” option for your password and select the “Prove your identity” option. This option is a small link below all other available options. If you can answer all questions to the best of your knowledge and provide accurate information, your Google Account will be successfully recovered.
Tip #4: For a work Google account, you can easily recover your account by contacting your domain administrator and asking them to reset your password.
