※ When the loan period expires, the contract can be renewed if the bank approves the extension after examining whether the period can be extended based on the criteria set by the bank. Depending on the customer’s credit rating,
loan product, etc., the extension can be done through methods such as visiting a branch/extending the customer center/extending through electronic financial channels (Internet banking, smartphone banking).
According to the Stamp Duty Act, when concluding a loan agreement, the tax amount is applied differentially depending on the loan amount, and the bank and the customer each bear 50%.
