In my case, I often use Samsung Pay in the Payco app, so I tried to register the Gyeonggi local currency in Payco, but it was not registered because of an error.

First of all, I have a situation like the picture above.
I thought I had memorized the CVC and entered it carelessly, but I didn’t know that it would not be usable if I made 3 mistakes…
1. Connect to Samsung Card Customer Center at 1588-8700
When connected to the Samsung Card customer center, a voice guide will guide you to connect to digital ARS. Touch the top of the screen to connect a link to start digital ARS.
2. Access to change personal information
If you click Change Personal Information at the top of Digital ARS, you must first verify your identity.
3. Reset your password
Both CVC and password error pop up the same window.
After resetting the password, a page for entering the card number, CVC number, and password confirmation appears.
After entering all the details here and completing the authentication, the reset is complete!
In my case, it was a CVC error 3 times, so I reset the password by inputting the password I used before.
(Corporate public card can be reset through a counselor)
If you get a message saying that the password has been changed after canceling the error 3 times, all problems have been resolved!
You can easily change it without having to contact an agent.
In particular, the customer center does not operate on holidays, so the solution needed for people who are too in a hurry to wait until the business day ⭐⭐
And after resetting, I put it on a reservation waiting list comfortably.
