What if purified water does not come out?
In this case, check whether the tap water (raw water) adapter entering the water purifier is locked and check first whether the sterilization is in progress. Check the raw water adapter next to the water faucet connected to the sink, and if the sterilization is in progress, wait until the full water lamp lights up after finishing.
The water is overflowing.
Check the full water lamp flashing and warning sound. You need to lock the water adapter under the sink and next to the water faucet and disconnect the power cord.
Cold water does not come out.
You need to check the sterilization operation/hot water setting/hot water usage. If the sterilization operation is in progress, you need to wait until the full water lamp lights up after it ends, and if you set the preheated hot water, you need to wait for 2 minutes and 30 seconds after selecting the hot water intake. If it still does not work, please apply for AS.
