This week, an announcement about living in Gyeongnam for a month was posted, so I am so busy that I have become a modern person.

– Residents outside the Gyeongnam region aged 19 or older
– A person who has a strong desire to travel to Tongyeong and is able to promote Tongyeong tourism resources to an unspecified number of people through personal SNS

✅ Program assignments
– Post more than 2 posts per day on personal SNS
– Creation of 1 to 3 contents on YouTube or blog (number of productions varies depending on number of subscribers and length of stay)
Tongyeong Program Tasks
You can stay in Tongyeong, Gyeongnam and travel freely. In the process, you can enjoy Tongyeong’s local culture, history, art, tourist resources, and festivals and promote them on your personal social media.
And for Tongyeong, you can choose YouTube or blog channels. You can fill the number of missions by choosing either video production or blog content writing. People who have difficulty making videos have more options, right?

After evaluating each item, those with the highest scores are selected.
Selection criteria for living in Tongyeong for a month
There are two additional items that can receive additional points compared to other cities. If you are between the ages of 20 and 35, you will receive +5 points per person, and if you plan to participate in and promote the Tongyeong International Triennale, you will receive an additional 10 points.
Tongyeong International Triennale is a program that features a variety of genres, including art, music, media art, dance, theater, and convergence art works. The theme this time is Island and Wind.

The travel subsidy is equally applied to all cities in Gyeongnam Monthly Living.
✅ Supported items
– Accommodation fee: within 50,000 won (per team per day), up to 29 nights supported
– Experience fee: 50,000~80,000 won per person (depending on length of stay)
– Monthly travel support of up to 1.53 million won per person and up to 1.61 million won per team
Accommodation is available without any industry restrictions, including tourist hotels, tourist pensions, resort condominiums, general accommodations, and rural lodging. If you submit your promotional results and card receipt within 15 days after the end of your trip, the support fund will be remitted around the 20th of the month following the date of application.

Behind the scenes
Tongyeong is one of the cities I wanted to live in for a month.
You can go to a quiet place far away and live in the countryside for a month, enjoy the sea, and there are many places to visit in the center of Tongyeong, so there is plenty of travel by train.

There is plenty of time left on the recruitment schedule for the one-month living program. I need to think carefully about which city I want to stay in while living in Gyeongnam for a month.
I think living in Tongyeong for a month would be perfect for traveling because you can go back and forth to nearby Geoje Island. It is possible to travel even on short routes, and there are many things to see. So it won’t be difficult to tell a story or create content. The one-time Tongyeong International Triennale is also being held, so it would be a good opportunity, right?
If you missed the first recruitment schedule or have difficulty traveling in April or May due to your schedule, plan to live in Tongyeong for the second or third round for a month.
